Worcestershire Royal Hospital
Case Studies
We retro fitted an old, steel Theatre Control Panel at Worcester Royal Hospital for a new Electronic Theatre Control Panel (ETCP). We removed the existing Theatre Control Panel, labelled all cables and interfaced them back into the new panel
which we installed in the same location.
We then fully tested the panel so that it was prepared for a successful commissioning.
Kingston Hospital
Case Studies
At Kingston Hospital we installed two 80kVA UPSs including all containment tray, cables, bypass panels and outgoing distribution boards.
We then went on to install 8 medical IT systems (IPS) including all tray, cables and containment, as well as 6 retractable pendants with their associated medical IT sockets and alarm systems.
We completed the project by testing all cables to BS7671 and HTM06-01 standards which included the installation of an Equipotential Bonding Bar (EBB) and earthing arrangements for the theatres to comply with Group 2 medical locations. The project was then successfully commissioned.
Runnymede Hospital
Case Studies
At BMI The Runnymead Hospital we installed four Medical IT systems (IPS) at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to assist with the shortage of high-dependency beds. This project was completed to BS7671:2018 and HTM06-01 standards ready for commissioning within a single week.
Hereford HDU
Case Studies
At Hereford County Hospital we installed medical IT systems (IPS) and UPS systems to feed the clinical sockets for the new HDU unit at Hereford County Hospital. The project was installed in compliance with BS7671 and HTMO6-01 without any delays, on time and on budget, ready for commissioning engineers to test and handover.
